In 2002, he formed and managed The Chapters securing a record contract
with 3u records releasing their debut album 'Perfect Stranger'. With The Chapters, he toured with acts such as Chuck Berry, Neil Young, Damien Rice, The Frames, Ok Go and Kelly Rowland.

In 2010, Tully became a featured member of James Vincent McMorrow's live band touring US,

Turlough has also performed, toured and recorded with Paul Brady, Josh Groban, Declan DeBarra & Brian McFadden. In summer 2016 Turlough landed the role of ‘Emcee’ in the Toni award winning musical ‘ Once ‘, which saw him, perform 70 shows in Dublin’s Olympia theatre.

Recently, Tully has turned his attention solely on song writing and producing; co- penning The Coronas hit single ‘All The Others’ from their 4th studio album. The song received significant airplay on Irish radio, and reached No.3 in the Irish Singles Charts, making it the bands highest charting single to date. The song was also nominated for the ‘Choice Music Song of The year 2015’.

Tully also wrote ‘All For You' for Pat Byrne’s ('The Voice Ireland winner 2012') debut album, which peaked at No.10 in Irish Album Charts. In February 2015, Tully signed a worldwide publishing deal with Wardlaw Music Publishing. Tully works out of Ravenscourt Studio’s London writing and producing an array of artists and topliners including Nym (managed by Latitude home of Paloma Faith) and Marie Dahlstrom a firm tastemakers favourite.
